Vista Bella Mar is designed as a walkable, human-scale village. A single paved spine road connects all residences to the community amenity zone — a beach club with pool, restaurant, gym, spa, and boat concierge.
Roughly 45% of the community remains untouched jungle. Native trees are preserved wherever possible, and the community's dark-sky lighting standard means the Milky Way is visible on clear nights.
