The Land
A coastal ridge shaped by the Pacific.
Vista Bella Mar climbs a sheltered coastal ridge on the northern shoulder of Boca Chica, framed by the Pacific to the north and a protected mangrove estuary to the east. The 6.26-hectare parcel was surveyed lot by lot, with roads following the natural topography rather than cutting through it.
Twenty-nine residential lots are arranged around a single circular road — Calle Vista Mar — with a community park, service areas and a private entrance drawn from the registered engineering plans.
